Major Brands fitting out in New $11 million Specialist Medical Centre
Now open and located at 87 Lang Parade, the $11 million Wesley Specialist Centre has boosted the local economy creating 40 jobs over the project’s construction and operational phases. The development was being managed commercially by Retailspace Property on behalf of the developer with construction being undertaken by Hutchinson Builders.
Retailspace Property’s Andrew Deane said the project will offer medical professionals access to world class consulting facilities in close proximity to the operating suites at Wesley Hospital. “Wesley Specialist Centre will provide much needed consulting suites for the medical professionals who would like to be based at the Wesley Hospital. Located a short walk from the main hospital, the centre will offer mixed sizes of tenancies and will be finished to the highest standards.”
“The 535 bed Wesley Hospital currently caters for over 2,000 staff specialising in areas including cardiology, urology, neurosurgery, gastroenterology, orthopaedics, maternity and women’s health and Wesley Specialist Centre will provide additional suites they need to carry out their professional practices.”
